i have been a busy little bee this week... and without my camera. went for an amazing hike by the beach the other day and i am still sore. just imagine a beautiful coastal california ocean scene with the sun on your face and a warm breeze. it was beautiful. oh we stopped at the legion of honor first and they have a new chihuly piece that glowed in the sun. later that night i met some friends of a friend in the financial district for fabulous scotch and spent the last part of the night at a little bar tucked away in a little ally dancing to old tunes of frank sinatra, just missed the live jazz/swing band. kind of felt like i was in the movie cocoon or florida circa 1950. but last night i went to the symphony with michael in our matching pinstripes, i wore my favorite little pinstripe strapless dress. we met up at zuni and then off for some people watching and the city vista from the balcony.
i love the symphony! and san francisco.
we caught the last performance before they leave for carnegie hall.
afterwards we walked around the city and ended up in the castro before meeting up with his friends visiting from pdx. took a little irish bar tour before calling it a night. woke up to a sunny afternoon and this striking paper on the stoop.
