celebrations continue

so two of my friends in oakland are also scorpios too, all born within one week of each other and we had a little knit night birthday celebration. yes my birthday was last week (12th) but we are having fun, and more champagne. marcella made the most delicious carrot cake that warmed the house and i felt like i was in a little cabin in the redwoods, and not oakland. we enjoyed crisp sweet pears that always remind that fall is here (or near in sf, weather wise).
