went for a long hike in forest park after i looked at marcellas new pics from switzerland(***above) and was in a daze. the could she captured is amazing. i really want to travel but i am super content and having such a good time in the north west that i want to stay put for a little longer. thought about my life here and in sf, time spent in hawaii and all of the places i want to experience. this was a pretty long hike and oh, it was beautiful and sorry no pics but it was my time to be in the moment and alone with my thoughts. goodness on the way back home i stumbled upon a free pile and while random bits on the sidewalk would not normally entice me this was in the swanky nw hills and i scored these shoes! go figure i wanted them a few years ago, and they fit. well i checked flight prices and they have doubled since i last checked so i am going to really think this through and continue enjoying my time here. The first ripe blackberry has been picked off the vine! Scored at Wallace park and this is one sign of summer, along with me wearing my vintage white dress with red buttons and a whole host of other indicators. Either way i was super stoked as this means that i am sure to be in the nw to pick berries at the river! my favorite.
