alright, i have a rule to post pics within 7 days of taking them. i went to a big fashion show a week++ back and it was awesome. i went to ensure that a few students could come along and use our complimentary tickets. the event was about fashion but the real focus was aids awareness. dancers with huge sparklers, men modeling underwear with yellow pythons draped around their shoulders, aerial hoop and fabric dancers, and last but not least Mehcad Brooks, from True Blood came out to bring down the house. my camera was still on the fritz and my phone pics don't do it justice but if you close your eyes and imagine yourself in the middle of about 20 high school students as a gorgeous tv star with rock star status comes across the catwalk with little on and a swagger. well, it was an amazing privilege to share this moment with them and next time i will bring ear plugs. ; )
