benders bar>we started the night on lower haight at a friends store party. then kept it going across the street at rosamunde with a jalapeno and tequila chicken sausage, good and spicy. then we went to what may be my favorite bar (so far) toronado . oh, pdx represent! we where actually planning a visit to pdx when in mid sentence we both saw the keep pdx weird sticker behind the bar. yum, i washed down the dog with a pint of pomegranate hard cider. this place was packed yes, with cute single boys but our plans for the night involved more people than this little place could accommodate. we decided to shift our party plans to the mission district. i had too much to drink to drive my car over so we assembled a carpool plan when a friend showed up on a motorcycle with an extra helmet! yes, so i got to ride in style. ah i love riding on a motorcycle and it was even better going through the city on a warm night. off to homestead a quaint little bar with old country music in the background and peanut shells on the floor. i decided to get a little scotch whisky and everyone else grabbed a ginger whisky. kristina and i decided to share a taste and woo it kept her warm for a very long time. i love it. bar hopping close by to benders bar which is a more rock and roll and after meeting the infamous bacon whisky burger cook i was off again. back home on another motorcycle actually this time it was a vespa and we had to walk up the hill laughing so hard that we almost rolled back down the hill on our buts. oh but the view is breathtaking at night, the city lights, stars and the fog blankets drifting in.
